A sequel to "Char, Where Are You?"

Reading the first story is not necessary to understanding this one, but will help make sense of certain pieces in this one.

Chartreuse builds up the courage to leave their home and finally go see the festivities. She ends up joining a costume contest with her best friend, Fialova. Thankfully for Char, Fia doesn't recognize him and they seem to have a good time.
