Tucked away in the snowy mountains lies the town of Blissfum Mountain, a serene winter wonderland with snowy log cabins, stone-paved roads, and the smallest population. This location is the most remote out of any city, and is known for its stringed lights and decorated town. Blissfum Mountain is primarily home to the hardy Siberian Willows, known for their thick fur coats. Despite its far distance and small residency, the town is a popular tourist destination for those seeking a snow-filled vacation, as large cabins and plentiful restaurants host these visitors. A large number of Pinyon Willows often make the venture, as they are best built for traveling up the mountain's rocky pathways and wooden bridges.

Pheobea says:
I used to live here many years ago, it's so pretty at night with the lights! I love to take Ginger to see them every once in awhile, it reminds him of his fireflies...

Climate & Environment

Blissfum Mountain resides in an alpine, tundra climate, featuring rocky surroundings littered with coniferous trees such as evergreens. The town is built on a flatter area of the mountain, creating a stable cliff for buildings. Although each season does cycle through, temperatures typically remain below freezing throughout Fall, Winter, and Early Spring. During the summer, snow layers become thinner, with occasional patches of rock and yellow grass peeking through if the temperature permits. Frozen ponds and small lakes litter the area, which are used to ice fishing or tourist activities. This town sits towards the top of the mountain, meaning that there is small risk for avalanches, though there are strong snow storms in the winter season.

Founding & Government

A few decades after Sulow Grove's settlement, Willanova experienced nearly a century of colder and bleak winters. Resources were scarce, and warmth was scarcer which culminated in the creation of small homes on that very cliffside. Settled Siberian WIllow families eventually formed a tight community, which worked together to search for food and begin the early days of ice fishing. They created insulated structures using tree fiber and stone, and cleared pathways with salt extracted from exposed salt beds lower on the mountain. With the formation of sound bridges and carved stairs, Blissfum Mountain established connections with the other villages, trading with them for resources such as glass and oil to create early lanterns and light strings. When merchants arrived for trading, word of the town's beauty spread, and thus its popularity as a tourist destination was born.

All societies of Willanova are connected to the government of Sulow Grove in some fashion, as the mayors seek to care for not only their own community, but their fellow ones as well. Therefore, Ginger and his wife, Phoebea often reach out to Blissfum Mountain to see what they may need, whether that be resources, assistance, or anything of that matter. Outside of this branch, there is a small town committee that assists in ensuring enough essential resources, such as food, water, warmth, lightning, and so on, are imported to sustain the community, tourists, and events, as well as are properly allocated. Furthermore, members of the committee are voted open every three years, and usually consist of Siberians of all ages.
