A nervous sad-sack with perpetually tired eyes and a tail that droops as much as his personality.

He loves his puptual and usually isn't seen without Eddy at his side... aside from the times Eddy manages to run off and get into trouble, then he's frantically tracking him down.

(also yes, the name is a play on tragedy because I thought it was funny)
