BATBAT'S T.O.S.

please read this before buying, trading, selling, or gifting my designs to other people. if i catch you breaking this tos i will put you on my blacklist and you will not be allowed to own or buy any of my designs besides already owned designs.

Reselling Characters:

1) When reselling characters without extra art PLEASE sell them with the original price you got them for! The only acception for this is if they have any other type of media (music, writing, etc) 

2) When reselling characters WITH extra art you can sell them for whatever you'd like! no need to notify me 🫶

3) You must wait up to 3 DAYS before reselling an adopt or custom without additional art

Redesigning Characters:

1) Redesigns DONT need approval from me! feel free to do whatever with them :D

2) If you are redesigning a character into a different species I would prefer if you still would credit me for the original design 🫶

Privating Characters:

1) You ARE ALLOWED to private any and all designs you get from me!

2) I would PREFER being authorized, however it's not required by any means :3

Gifting / Trading:

1) Gifting characters is ALLOWED and you may do it immediately after getting them, however you CANNOT gift characters to others on my blacklist! >:[

2) Trading characters is ALLOWED, however I would prefer if they were only traded to people who have a TH
