Description
Poppy - called Soda Pop, by @Lucky - is one of the directors found in @Sulow Sanctum! She spends most of her time running a school within Sanctum, in which children from the area and those rescued by The Searchers, lead by her husband @Lucky , come to learn and play.
Personality:
Poppy is soft natured and spoken, though knows when to be firm if it means protecting the children. She's very motherly, always looking out and keeping track of the needs of everyone under her care, and finding the beauty in even the smallest of creatures. It's seldom to ever see Poppy genuinely angry, as it's important to her to be patient and understanding with others. Around @Lucky, Poppy's softness melts into excitement, as her laughter can be heard across the room when she talks to him...
In her free time, she tends to her little flower garden full of patches of poppies, all surrounding the little pond Lucky often relaxes in.
History:
Several years ago, Pinyon social stigmas were extremely strict. Her poor vision, hence the need for glasses, was enough for Poppy to be abandoned by her parents as a young age. Thankfully, she was rescued by @Lucky's father, and as such grew to really admire the heroic work he completed. Unfortunately the world was still rather unforgiving, and for years she hid her poor sight behind contacts and a little bit of magic.
Once she was adopted by her current mother, she worked even harder in school to rise up the ranks, fighting for equality for all sorts of Willows. Eventually, Poppy established her own school, and even became the director figure she is today. Doing so helped open up @Sulow Sanctum to the surrounding community to an extent, and even established a special spring pool for visiting Mangroves!
